Over the years, the A45 factory, the Air Defense and Air Force Technical Department (PK-KQ) has inspected and repaired tens of thousands of vehicles and weapons.
According to PK-KQ, the A45 factory repaired various aviation weapons and specialized aviation technical equipment; produced tens of thousands of equipment, products for combat missions, ready to fight (SSCĐ), training for units inside and outside the PK-KQ.
The A45 factory has acquired the technology of repairing computer systems and controls on Su-27 and Su-30 aircraft and focused on building a repair center for computer systems of various types of weapons and technical equipment (VKTBKT) generation 4+ and 5.
Along with that, the factory continues to be invested in technology to improve the ability to master the VKTBKT of technological equipment, to meet the requirements of exploiting modern weapons.
In addition to compiling documents on inspection process, quality control of repaired products in accordance with the requirements of the circular, directives and instructions of superiors; The factory also performed well the work of ensuring legal metrology for Measuring - Testing equipment and maintaining standard linkages for 165 sample measuring devices at the Department of Standards - Metrology - Quality and Center of Measurement Northern.
Previously, when most aviation weapons and technical materials for repair, maintenance and synchronization of aviation weapons were imported, the inspection, testing, and quality assessment became even more. Design, the A45 factory has also researched, designed and manufactured special technology tables and put them into use.
Technical table for inspection and repair of aviation weapon measuring equipment group used to inspect, detect malfunction, automatically or semi-automatically repair specialized measuring instruments II-13RT-1 and PP13RT- 1 thanks to the help of technology and information technology.
Technology desks use a 200V-50Hz or 115V-400Hz power source, through an electric converter to generate DC voltages of 5V, 12V, 25V, 27V, 180V, 230V ... The software of the technology desk is pre-loaded into the computer, should ensure automatic operation of the methods and operations of checking and detecting failures; show methods and operations to repair damaged blocks.
Technology desk performs functional testing of the whole machine and all measurement parameters according to the inspection process; Connect to the printer to print the main tables during repair.
Through the practical application, the inspection and repair technology table of the aviation weapon group is stable, highly reliable, giving accurate results, ensuring the specifications and tactics of means of measurement.
The product helps the A45 Factory to save time and labor in inspection, inspection, damage detection and repair of measuring equipment, contributing to improving the quality of technical weapons and equipment of the Air Defense-Air Force.
