AIROD Signs Agreements with TAI for a Strategic Partnership

Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TAI) and AIROD Sdn Bhd have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in Ankara for a Strategic Partnership to enhance the aerospace industry in Malaysia.

The collaboration seeks to explore potential synergies in marketing and sales of TUSAS Aerospace products. The partnership will also focus on upgrades and modernization across various aircraft platforms.

The signees from AIROD are Dato’ Edron Hayata Ahmad & Brig. Gen. Dato’ Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman and for TUSAS are Mr. Bertan Kurt & Mr. Mohd Shahiman Bin Sulaiman.

The ceremony was witnessed by the Minister of Defence Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin and the President & CEO of TAI, Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil.

The partnership aims to drive growth in the aviation defense sector and align with industry demands and international standards. (AIROD)


ASFAT, AIROD sign agreement on technical, logistic services for A400M, S-70A, CN-235 and C-130

ASFAT and AIROD signed a pivotal Collaboration Framework Agreement (CFA), marking a new era of collaboration in defense aerospace.

The signee for AIROD was Dato’ Edron Hayata Ahmad, Group President and for ASFAT was Mr. Betülhan Kahraman, Vice President.

The ceremony was witnessed by Minister of Defence Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin and Minister of National Defence Turkey, His Excellency Yaşar Güler.

This partnership signifies a strong commitment for innovation in aerospace defence capabilities in the region particularly on the A400M, S-70A, CN-235 and C-130 aircraft platforms.

Overall, this partnership between ASFAT and AIROD is poised to bring significant advancements to the aerospace industry and foster mutual growth and success for both nations.
