Heres a higher-resolution photo of the VPN's 162nd Brigade during 2019 exercises was recently published by the online newspaper of the Vietnam People's Navy. Listed in order as seen here:

3 of the 9 vessels here were built in Vietnam while the rest were bought from foreign countries. The BPS-500 was the first Vietnamese attempt at a locally built missile warship while 6 of the VPN's 8 Molniya corvettes were license-built with Russian assistance.
On another note the Vietnam People's Navy does not use naval prefixes nor are actual names given to most ships outside of the Gepard 3.9 frigates, Kilo-class submarines, and little else. In the Vietnamese language the ships are literally addressed as "tàu" followed by their pennant number (ex: both Vietnamese Pohang-class corvettes "Tàu #20" and "Tàu #18"= Ship #20, Ship #18).
