The event was closely supervised and facilitated by LTC STEEVE M. ESPINOZA GSC (ART) PA, Executive Officer, 10FAB, and the Designated Safety Officer of the Live Fire Exercise, ensuring the precise execution of fire missions and strict adherence to safety protocols throughout the 3-day activity. The exercise aims to enhance the unit’s operational effectiveness by strengthening the technical proficiency, accuracy, and tactical readiness of the ATMOS 2000 and its artillery personnel.

The 10th Field Artillery “Rolling Thunder” Battalion successfully conducted the 6th Field Artillery Gunnery Proficiency Training (FAGPT) Live Fire Exercise 02-2025 from 28–30 November 2025 at Brgy. Kalasungay, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The activity was further highlighted by the presence of key local leaders, including Hon. Jonathan Keith T. Flores, Representative of the 2nd District of Bukidnon, and Hon. Jason Chad Ayala, City Councilor of Malaybalay City, whose attendance underscored their support for the Army’s training initiatives and community partnership efforts.
The conduct of the training was made possible through the unwavering support of Hon. Rogelio Neil P. Roque, Governor of Bukidnon, and the participation of partner units and agencies, including the 8th Infantry Battalion, 4th Field Artillery Battalion, 4th CMO Battalion, 403rd Brigade Medical Team, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Malaybalay City, and 4th CAV (S), Armor Division, which provided essential operational, armored support, and safety assistance.
The successful completion of this gunnery exercise reaffirms the Philippine Army’s commitment to maintaining a highly capable and mission-ready artillery force, consistent with its mandate to uphold peace, security, and stability across the region.
