Newly Restored PAF C-130 Aircraft Returns to Service

The Philippine Air Force marked a significant milestone with the Blessing and Turnover Ceremony of a newly restored C-130 aircraft on February 5, 2025, at Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The ceremony was graced by Major General Dennis G Estrella PAF, Commander, Air Logistics Command, and attended by Brigadier General Joselito T Lopena PAF, Wing Commander, 220th Airlift Wing, Brigadier General Josel J Zuñiga PAF, Deputy Commander, Air Mobility Command, and Brigadier General Jose Bonifacio F Calub PAF, Wing Commander, 410th Maintenance Wing.


The C-130 aircraft has been returned to full operational status following the completion of mandatory structural maintenance procedures. This achievement underscores the Air Force's enhanced aircraft maintenance capability and a strong commitment to maintaining a robust and ready fleet in support of national defense and disaster relief operations.
